HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE, OR PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE? WILL THAT RESULT IN DOWNTIME FOR MY BUSINESS?
We constantly monitor our clients’ machines for updates and any alerts. We perform all our OS updates either late at night or over the weekends to ensure there is no down time for our clients. One of our jobs is to minimize client downtown as much as possible.
